Terms & Conditions Offer Valid between 1st of November until 31st of December 2026

A. Offer Description:

Al Mana Partner and Versuni Export B.V. “Promoter” is offering you the chance to claim a refund of the full purchase amount if you have used your Philips Fully Automatic Espresso Machine Model Name: EP5547/90, EP4446/70, EP3347/90 and EP2220/10 (“Eligible Products”) within sixty (60) days (as recommended) and are not completely satisfied with the performance of such Eligible Product (“Offer”).

The Offer is valid between 1st of November until 31st December 2026 (“Purchase Period”). The duration of the Promotion may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Promoter and after approval of MOCI.

B. Terms and Conditions:

To be eligible to claim a refund of the full purchase amount for the Eligible Product, individuals must:

1. Purchase an Eligible Product during the Purchase Period from any of Promoter’s participating retailers in store (“Retailers”).

The following are the participating retailers:

  • • Lulu Hypermarket
  • • Ansar Gallery
  • • Max Electronics
  • • Al Meera Hypermarket
  • • Monoprix
  • • Al Anees
  • • Nesto Hypermarket

2. The Eligible Product can be returned to the participating retailer where the customer purchased the Eligible Product.
Use the Eligible Product in the recommended manner continuously within sixty (60) days.

3. If within sixty (60) days usage, the customer is not fully satisfied with the Eligible Product, he or she can submit a Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee Claim Form (“Form”) and the customer can return the Eligible Product to the respective Retailers for a full refund.

4. Keep the Eligible Product in its original packaging and have the original purchase receipt of Eligible Product copies or images will not be accepted.

5. Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to participate in the promotion.

6. This offer is not applicable to store employees and promoters and their immediate family members or a participating retailer or agency. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, child, parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, or first cousin.

C. How to avail the Offer:

1. To be eligible to avail the Offer, individuals must undertake the following steps:

 1.1 Visit selected electronic retailer.
 1.2. Fill out and complete the Form at any of the above Retailers inputting the appropriate details
 1.3 Return the Eligible Product, along with the original purchase receipt of the Eligible Product to either of the Retailers.
1.4 Product cannot be mailed or couriered to the Retailer. The eligible Product must be delivered in person.

2. If Forms are accepted, refunds will be processed and issued by either of the Retailers and cash refund within 2 weeks, for the amount outlined on the eligible receipt.
3. Individuals must ensure that all personal details provided in the Form are correct. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible Forms will be deemed invalid.
4. A maximum of (2) Forms per household permitted under this Offer.
5. Customer will use the Eligible Product in the recommended manner. Misusage of the product leading to damage will lead to invalid claim.

D. Promoter’s Rights:

1. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual whom the Promoter has reason to believe has:
• breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
• tampered with the claim process; or
• Engaged in any unlawful, fraudulent, unethical or other improper misconduct that jeopardized fair and proper conduct of the Offer.
2. The Promoter reserves its legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.

E. Product Return Conditions:

1. The returned product must be in working condition and accompanied by all original accessories.
2. Retailers may inspect the product upon return before processing the refund.

2. يمكن إرجاع المنتج المؤهل إلى المتجر المشارك الذي اشترى منه العميل المنتج المؤهل .
استخدام المنتج المؤهل بالطريقة الموصى بها بشكل مستمر خلال ستين ) 60 ( يوما .
3. إذا لم يكن العميل راضي اً تماما عن المنتج المؤهل خلال ستين ) 60 ( يوما من الاستخدام، فيمكنه تقديم نموذج مطالبة باسترداد المبلغ المدفوع )”النموذج”(، ويمكنه إرجاع المنتج المؤهل إلى المتاجر المعنية لاسترداد ثمنه بالكامل .
4. الاحتفاظ بالمنتج المؤهل في عبوته الأصلية وإحضار إيصال الشراء الأصلي للمنتج المؤهل. لن تقبل نسخ أو صور .

2. في حال قبول النماذج، سيتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة وإصدارها من قِبل أي من بائعي التجزئة خلال اسبوعين، وسيتم توفير رد نقدي للمبلغ الموضح في الإيصال المؤهل .

3. يجب على الأفراد التأكد من صحة جميع البيانات الشخصية المقدمة في النموذج. ستعتبر النماذج غير المكتملة أو غير المفهومة أو غير المقروءة غير صالحة .
